Movie Poster

All film students are expected to create a poster for one of their four films. A good movie poster advertises the film to attract viewers. Do your best to create an appealing poster that fits the style and genre of your film.

As part of your final evaluation, each filmmaker will create one poster for one of their films. Please choose a different film from your group members! That is, each group member should create a poster that no one else is doing for that film. You will hand in the poster to the Teams hand in folder.

The Poster Should Include:

  • The Title of the Film

  • A custom logo for the film group - think of this as your production logo. You may create one logo and share it amongst your film group.

  • Includes the cast and crew credits
  • Looks pleasing asthetically and fits with the overall style and genre of your film

  • A custom tagline that alludes to the films theme/topic.

  • It may contain other information such as release date, rating, etc

  • Formatted for web sharing: 1150 pixels wide, 1500 pixels high, 72 resolution. Save the final copy as a jpg
